These medical advice and resource centre services to the members and service user involve:

• Assessing the needs of the individual
• Giving information on the available services and where they are located, so that the individual can choose from them according to their personal health and medical needs.
• Making all the necessary enquiries, referrals and follow ups with the various agencies that would be involved in the management of the person.  
• Giving the individual information on the various agencies that will assist him/her to facilitate any recommended treatment and management strategy and liaise with other centres involved in the care of the individual, with the correct consents. 
• Liaise with Therapists at various centres in the management of the problems identified with the correct consents
• Providing information and resource to general medical care access availability.
• Providing information and resource to social care services at all levels, and liaising with individual and carers that has been chosen by the service user.
• Obtaining reports and information about the member from the medical and healthcare teams involve in their care with the consent of the member for correct record keeping services as required by the member and service user. 

Social Care Services

These services involve:

• Providing resource for the members to choose from with regards to assessing their social care needs.
• Facilitating all social care needs stated by the chosen agencies, and making referrals where necessary.
• Providing resources for arranging all social care services required for the individual
• Recruiting the right workers and agencies to take active part in the care, and improving the social interactions and development of the individual, as per their stated needs.
• Providing resource for the individual and member to recruit personal carers for giving both personal and mobility care as required.
• Providing resource for the individual and member to recruit professional health care officers for giving professional care for our members and service users in their homes, work place, educational establishments, community work, and travelling to courses and conferences, research assistance, note taking, scribing service, and liaising with other organisations and agencies on behalf of the member and service user and other professional assistance services as requires.  Thus the professional carers work alongside the personal carers in other to provide the best care for the member and service user.

Important Notice

Please note that we are not a hospital or care home, but as a membership medical services, we provide medical and social care aid and advice centre service, facilitation of lists of medical and social care providers for our members, provision of resources and aid services to the members and service users registered with us, which would enable them to choose their own care givers. We also liaise with all the medical centres, doctors, specialists services, care giving agencies and other community health services involved in the care of the member and service user with their consents and we can compile and provide the medical information based on the data provided by the medical and social care teams for the members and service users with their consents.  All the various medical information that are sent to us with consents of the member or service user are compiled for that particular member or service user.  Consents of the members and service users must be obtained in writing and signed by them before any individual or organisation can obtain medical information about the member or service user from the various doctors, medical and social care givers.

We can provide details of healthcare givers and also organise visits of healthcare professionals to your centres to facilitate the health checks based on your individual or organisational needs through the various teams, individuals and organisations that provide such services. 

Please note that all recruited healthcare agencies and individuals for our programmes are qualified professionals in their own rights, who are regulated by their various professionals’ bodies, and the recruited organisations are regulated by the respective government and professional agencies and commissions as required.  So we provide you with lists and details of them to choose from.
