The International Journal of Rehabilitation Medicine (TIJRM)
The International Journal of Rehabilitation Medicine (TIJRM) is an international peer-review journal published twice per year.
TIJRM publishes original articles, reviews, case studies, short reports and work in progress, special communications, occasional reports, letters to the editor, as well as editorials commentaries, educational matters, various review articles and book reviews.
The journal strives to provide its readers with a variety of topics, including: functional assessment and intervention studies, clinical studies in various patient groups, methodology in physical and rehabilitation medicine, epidemiological studies on disabling conditions and reports on vocational and socio-medical aspects of rehabilitation.
TIJRM is read by multidisciplinary healthcare professionals including specialists in rehabilitation medicine, neurology, clinical neurophysiology, general medicine, surgery, psychologists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, carers and social workers.
TIJRM is owned by the non-profit Organisation – London Medical Academy (LMA) as the membership service for the Medical and Social Care Services (MSCS).
TIJRM has been one of the LMA and MSCS’s official scientific Journal since August 1993.
JRM now provides its content on the basis of open access.
